Tuition & Fees

In consideration of AATA re-enrolling the above-named child(ren), it is agreed that I/we shall pay to AATA, a Community Supported Education Ministry and 508c1a Ecclesiastical Trust/PMA, the tuition amount in full by August 10, 2024, or in installments as defined below.

In consideration of the acceptance of the Re-enrollment Contract by AATA, the undersigned agrees to pay the required fees & Tuition as specified below:
1) $250 Enrollment Fee per family
2) Tuition Due According to the following Tuition Options
3) $250 Supply Fee per child due with first tuition payment by August 10, 2024

No portion of fees paid will be refunded in the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal from the school of the above child(ren).

2024-25 Tuition Rates dependent on Enrollment Options.

I/We agree to complete the 2024-25 AATA Financial Agreement by May 31, 2024.

Volunteer Commitment

As a Community Supported Education Community we ask that all families contribute 2 hours per month per child volunteer time to AATA during programming months, or pay an equivalent of $15 (up to $30) if unable to complete your volunteer hours in a particular month. I/we understand that this will be added to monthly tuition.

Tuition Payment Plan

Full Payment by 8/10/24 at 5% discountTwo Payments: 1/2 of tuition due on 8/10/24 and 1/2 of tuition due on 1/15/25 at a 2% discount rate8 Monthly Payments, first payment due on 8/10/24 auto-draft will be required for the remaining 7 months.

I/we understand that in signing this Re-enrollment Contract for the upcoming programming year, I/we am/are agreeing to accept the rules, regulations and policies of AATA, and all that is stated in the AATA Handbook, which may be amended by AATA Admin as needed, and the requirements concerning payment of tuition and fees as described above.

I agree that I have read the AATA Handbook.

Further, I/we understand that our child(ren)'s enrollment is subject to the general rules, regulations, and conditions contained in the AATA Handbook and other published policies/waivers/agreements, which may be amended as needed.

I/we understand that AATA reserves the right to dismiss any child, or any Parent or Guardian of the child, whose behavior, learning needs or conduct is determined by AATA to be contrary to its values, policies, abilities, or regulations.

I/We agree to assume unconditional responsibility for the full annual tuition and fees and the costs collection thereof, including reasonable attorney fees, unless this Re-enrollment Contract is cancelled by 7/15/24.

AATA’s duties and obligations under this Re-enrollment Contract may be suspended immediately without notice during all periods that AATA is closed because of force majeure events including, but not limited to, any fire, act of God, weather disaster, war, governmental action, act of terrorism, or any other event beyond AATA’s control. If such an event occurs, AATA’s duties and obligations in this Re-enrollment Contract will be postponed until such time as AATA, in its sole discretion, may safely reopen. Nothing in this paragraph shall excuse any non-payment of tuition or require AATA to refund any portion of the tuition or fees paid.

Re-enrollment, as specified in this Re-enrollment Contract, may be canceled in writing by parents or guardians without penalty (except forfeit of any fees), by 7/15/24. If re-enrollment is canceled after 7/15/24, I/we am/are obligated to pay the full tuition charges I am agreeing to in this Re-enrollment Contract.

All terms and conditions of this Re-enrollment Contract shall be binding upon the respective heirs, successors and assigns of the parties. This Re-enrollment Contract represents the entire agreement between the parties, and no prior or contemporaneous agreement or understanding inconsistent herewith (whether oral or written) pertaining to such matters is effective. This contract shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina and any action to enforce the terms and conditions herein shall be brought in the state courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina. The parties agree to waive any right to a trial by jury. This signed Re-enrollment Contract and full payment of fees due in accordance with the above schedules must be received prior to your child’s first day of attendance at AATA.

This Contract is contingent upon the child’s successful completion of the 2024-25 programming year, both academically and behaviorally, which determination shall be at AATA’s discretion.
