First Visit:
- A visual inspection will be conducted to evaluate your equipment, checking for any major installation issues.
- Electrical testing of the equipment will be performed to determine if there are any components that are not working properly.
- If there are any internal failures with the equipment, our technician will reach out to the manufacturer and check to see if the equipment is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and will attempt to initiate an RMA of the equipment.
- If there are small repairs to the system that are needed, depending on the scope of the repair, our technicianmay be able to complete it during your service appointment with no added costs. If the repair needs additional material or time, then our technician will discuss this with you. For simple quotes, our technicians can provide pricing and get your approval to move forward with additional work onsite. In some cases, we may have to reach out to our quoting team to get an accurate quote provided to you within 24hrs of your Service Visit. Once you approve the quote, we will set up a second visit to address the agreed upon matter.
Any work that is completed by Elevation may void any previous warranties from the original installation company. The manufacturer’s warranties will remain intact (if the equipment is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period and installation guidelines. This is usually based on installation dates).
