  • Our doodles are sold to Pet only homes and we require them to be spayed /neutered by 6-9 months. We do require you to sign a contract. Do you agree?*
  • I understand and agree that my $100 holding fee is non-refundable, but does go toward my puppy price. I may pass to the next litter, but understand that prices may change from litter to litter.*
  • I understand that once the puppies are born, I am responsible for an additional $200 non-refundable puppy deposit in which the total deposit will go towards my puppy price. I understand that the total puppy deposit is $300.*

    • Seller Terms

      1. Deposit, Payment of Purchase Price, Fees

      Buyer will pay a deposit which will be deducted from the purchase price agreed upon.

      In the event that the Dog is not available due to sickness, death, or any other circumstance owing to the fault of Seller, Buyer’s deposit will, at Buyer’s option, be either

      • refunded, or
      • transferred to the next litter of puppies.

      2. Transfer of Ownership and Registration

      Upon payment in full of the Purchase Price, Seller shall promptly take all actions required to officially transfer ownership and registration (if any) of the Dog to Buyer.

      3. Seller’s Representations and Warranties

      Seller represents and warrants to Buyer that:

      1. Seller is the legal and true owner of the Dog and that Seller has full right and authority to sell the Dog.
      2. The Dog is being sold free and clear of any lien, security interest, charge or other encumbrance.
      3. The Dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of this sale. 
      4. Seller will NOT replace a puppy due to heat stroke, abuse/neglect, or improper socialization.
