Not forgotten homes house rules and reminders
1. There a ZERO tolerance for violence (verbal or physical abuse), any drugs or alcohol, drug paraphernalia, and Pornography! This also goes for any of your visitors.
2. You are all grown adults, act like it! Please be respectful of your housemates, our neighbors, and myself (Tanaya Croft).
3. Everyone must contribute to cleaning, not only your room but the shared living spaces, all areas subject to checks. FYI there are cameras in the common areas. This is to include the stove microwave, refrigerator, sweeping, and mopping.

4.ISYOURS!!!!!!!! DON'T TOUCH IT If you need something JUST ASK!
5. If you break any furniture or household property you will be responsible for replacing it.
6. If you DO NOT want your rent to increase, please be cautious of turning lights, tv's and water off in a timely manner.
7. There is no lease. There is no deposit taken, therefore if you leave after you have paid your rent, you forfeit what you have already paid. No refunds on any rental days.
8. There will be no frivolous calls to 911, police, ambulance, and or fire.
9. | will always communicate what day of the week I am coming to take everyone to the bank and store. Once you have missed my rounds it will be your responsibility to get rent to me. I will not be coming to the house 2 and 3 times to collect rent. If I have to come back it will be a $25 delivery fee
10. You are responsible for buying your own food.
11. Clean up immediately after you prepare any food (DO NOT LEAVE THE KITCHEN WHILE COOKING) and storing leftovers appropriately. That means washing all dishes and utensils immediately after cooking (DO not leave items soaking), on countertop, in microwave. Place all uneaten for in storage containers (No Plates to be left in fridge.
12. All meals are to be eaten in the kitchen. Light snacks are permitted in the TV room but must be cleaned up immediately.
13. Do not pour grease down the sink, down the toilet, or in the yard either. Please be sure to use the drain catchers as we do not have garbage disposal.
14. Please take the trash out on designated days. The trash to go the road for pick up and this is everyone's responsibility.
15.Floors must be swept and mopped.
16.You DO NOT HAVE TO COOK EVERYTHING ON HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!
17.All bedrooms are subject to room checks to make sure they are cleaned at any time.
18.Bedrooms are to be kept neat, clean, & organized (that means sweep or mop any floors in your room.
19.Non-perishable items may be stored in the room as space allows.
20.There are no visitors allowed in any bedroom at any time to include NO OVER NIGHT GUEST!!!!
21.DO NOT leave your tv's on all night.
22. Clean and defrost fridges in your rooms Living Rooms .
23. Please be considerate of others, this is a shared space.
24. No meals are to be eaten in any Living Rooms.
25. Please cut the tv off after you are done watching it, I do not care what time it is. If no one is watching it, cut it off.
26. This is where you may have guests. NO OVERNIGHT GUEST!!!!!!!!!Period!!!
