Summer 2025 Housing Preference Form

Meal Plan Options

You may purchase a pay-as-you-go Meal Plan by logging in to STARS and selecting “UHDS: Add Meal Plan Money and Rocky Dollars” from the STARS drop-down menu. A minimum $100 first time buy-in is required. Money can be charged to your student account and used only at on-campus dining locations. This allows for dining in the summer residence halls when food service is in operation.

Important Note: No refunds will be issued and all unused meal plan dollars added during the Summer session will be forfeited.

Rocky Dollars is available in the summer for campus-life services. Visit wiu.edu/myID to add money to your Rocky Dollars account.

REQUIREMENTS:

Returning Residence Hall Students: 

• Fill out Summer Housing Preference Form
• Return completed Microfridge Reservation Form (if applicable)

New Residence Hall Students:

• Fill out Summer Housing Preference Form
• Return completed Microfridge Request Form (if applicable)
• Return a signed housing contract and non-refundable $50 application fee
