CUSTOM UNIT FORM

PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR CUSTOM UNIT FORM!

If you are getting Custom Unit, the deposit is $200. The deposit goes toward the total cost of your unit. At the end of this form, you will be prompted to either pay your deposit or pay the full amount.

However, if you are looking to get a custom color, YOU MUST PAY IN FULL!

Please be prepared to pay for your custom unit before shipment or before services are rendered.

The hair for your custom unit will be made with CharmedxChazie Raw Hair, please select the inches and texture in which you’d prefer best down below.

All of these specifications will be included in the total price of your unit.

What You’ll Need:

Glue-less Closure Unit

1 5x5 Closure and 3-4 bundles (the amount of bundles are based on your preference, we can fit as many bundles in your custom unit as possible.)

U-Part Unit

At minimum 3-4 bundles (the amount of bundles are based on your preference, we can fit as many bundles in your custom unit as possible.)

PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER 4 BUNDLES THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $10 PER EXTRA ADDED BUNDLE.
