Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applicants are selected based on a number of criteria at the discretion of Comic Arts - SA and its organizers.
1) All creators who are accepted will be sent an invoice to purchase exhibitor space. Please bring your own tablecloths, displays, and signage. Displays cannot exceed 10 ft high.
2) Standard Table spaces and Sponsor Table spaces include a 6 foot table, 2 chairs and 2 badges. If accepted, payment will be due 2 weeks after you receive an acceptance email, unless other arrangements are made. No space is guaranteed until your full payment is received.
3) All exhibitors should have a Business License in their respective states of business. Each exhibitor is operating as an independent business renting floor space and is responsible for paying their own business and sales tax. Counterfeit products are often produced with the intent to take advantage of the superior value of the imitated product. It includes the forgeries or imitations of clothing, accessories, bags, shoes, watches, jewelry, electronics (both parts and finished products), software, works of art, toys or movies. Selling these types of goods results in patent infringement or trademark infringement.
