Deposit Acknowledgement, Buyer understands that this deposit of $500 is due at time placing hold on the puppy until they are at least 8 weeks of age and have been checked over and given a clean bill of health by a licensed veterinarian as well as received their first round of vaccines. This means that Hera Great Danes cannot sell the agreed upon puppy to anyone else. Buyer understands that this deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances UNLESS loss of puppy before they reach the age of 8 weeks. After 8 weeks of age, the buyer is required to pick up the puppy within 3 days unless otherwise discussed. Hera Great Danes reserves the right to re-sell the puppy if it is not picked up on the agreed upon date. Puppy must be paid in full at or before time of the time of pickup. Hold for puppy is not valid till payment received within 24 hours unless discussed prior to.
