  • Terms and Conditions:

    DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS

    Booking will be secured only when the non-refundable deposit payment of 50% of the booking and the booking form is received. Once payment is received, a receipt/invoice will be sent to the client detailing the deposit paid and the remaining balance. By sending a payment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set below. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before the event.  

    EXTRA CHARGES IF APPLICABLE

    The client agrees to pay for any accidents or damage caused by client, their guests or pets to equipment or supplies. Trendy Events will use reasonable care but we are not responsible for damage to property not provided by Trendy Events. Client will be responsible for any parking fees or provide parking at venue.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    The artist must be notified of cancellations, by phone or email, as soon as possible. All Payments are nonrefundable and wiill be moved to secure a future date for your event. Cancellation by Trendy Events: In the rare instance we have to cancel your event Trendy Events will contact the client at the earliest possibility. The client will be offered a rescheduled date or full refund of the deposit.
