Contract for Sponsorship, Exhibiting and Advertising

Thank you for your interest in participating in CGNA2025, the 23rd Biennial Conference of the Canadian Gerontological Nursing Association.  

Please complete this form to secure your sponsorship, exhibit booth and/or advertising options.  There are three steps:

1. Organizational Information -- please provide your organization/company name as well as contact information.
2. Sponsorship, Exhibiting & Advertising Opportunities -- please select the opportunity/opportunities you would like to purchase.  
3. Please upload the relevant files (organizational description, logo and preferred URL) -- if you don't have these items ready, you may proceed to submit the form and provide them later.

Please note: You will not be asked to pay at this time. Upon completion and submission of the form, you will receive an invoice payable via PayPal (a PayPal account is not required). You will have the option of paying the invoice by credit card, cheque or electronic funds transfer.  

1. Outstanding balances are due within 30 days of the submission of this contract or the contract may be cancelled unless other payment arrangements have been approved by CGNA.  
2. Acknowledgement of your sponsorship, exhibit and/or advertisement may be withheld until payment is received in full.  
3. Cancellations: Written notice is required for all cancellations.  
   1. Cancellations received in writing on or prior to January 15, 2025 will receive a 50% refund of the sponsorship, exhibiting and/or advertising funds paid.  
   2. Cancellations after January 15, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.  
4. Exhibit spaces unclaimed by May 29, 2024 at 4:00pm local time may be repossessed without indemnity and reassigned by CGNA.
