4. Terms and Conditions
1. Outstanding balances are due within 30 days of the submission of this contract or the contract may be cancelled unless other payment arrangements have been approved by CGNA.
2. Acknowledgement of your sponsorship, exhibit and/or advertisement may be withheld until payment is received in full.
3. Cancellations: Written notice is required for all cancellations.
  1. Cancellations received in writing on or prior to January 15, 2025 will receive a 50% refund of the sponsorship, exhibiting and/or advertising funds paid.
  2. Cancellations after January 15, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Exhibit spaces unclaimed by May 29, 2024 at 4:00pm local time may be repossessed without indemnity and reassigned by CGNA.
