    Policies & Performance Guidelines

    1. In the spirit of celebrating Indian culture, we request traditional, folk, classical, patriotic, and ethnic themes to performances.

    2. Participation Fee: $20 per performer

    3. Registrations are taken on a first-come first-serve basis.

    4. Photos of performers may be taken and published online. Your participation implies consent to this. To opt out, please email admin@icaportland.org.

    5. Performances with 5 or fewer performers have a 5-minute limit. All other performances have an 8-minute limit. 

    6. A maximum of 12 performers per performance.

    7. Performers under 12-years-old cannot perform on their own.

    8. We may ask some of our most diverse and versatile performers to perform twice in the day, both in the morning and evening.

    The above policies will be restated in each part of the signup process.

  • Current Status

    Performances including kids (under 10 yo): Full

    Performances including youth (11-19 yo): Full

    Performances including adults (20+ yo): Open

    If your performance's age range is waitlisted, please DO NOT submit Venmo payment so we do not have to worry about a refund process if you are not moved off the waitlist.

  • Signatory Details

    This form must be filled out by the person who is managing their India Festival performance.

    Please put in contact information that is checked frequently.

  • Auditions

    Choose your preferred in-person audition time for July 28, 2024 at Leedy Grange Hall in Beaverton, OR.

    In-person auditions are preferred because we can offer you valuable feedback. If, due to special circumstances, you cannot make it for an in-person audition, please select video audition. 

    Please note that performance length may be reduced during in-person auditions in order to accommodate all performances.
