Vendors will be able to set-up as early as 5:00 am on Saturday, June 20, 2026. (Early set-up is highly recommended All vendors are expected to provide their own tables, chairs, canopies, tents, industrial extension cords, or generators (quiet type), etc. The Committee is not responsible to provide anything other than space.
NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, OR WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK.
RAIN POLICY: It is the standard policy of the Family and Friends Juneteenth Committee to continue festivities, rain or shine as long as the weather conditions are not hazardous or unsafe for the participants.
