STRENGTH IN THE CITY Festival Sponsor & Vendor Agreement
This Agreement, effective as of the submission date of this form, is between SSTRENGTH IN THE CITY Festival, hereinafter referred to as "STRENGTH IN THE CITY," and the entity or individual listed in the preceding page, collectively referred to as the "Parties."
Terms for Vendor Agreement:
a. Marketing Obligations:
Vendor/sponsor agrees to actively market and promote SSTRENGTH IN THE CITY events on their respective social media platforms and through email campaigns leading up to the event.
All social media posts must include the following hashtags & tag accounts:
#strongertogetherfestival @strongertogetherfestival
#strengthinthecity @strengthinthecity
#sweatpals @sweatpalsapp.
b. Promotional Benefits:
STRENGTH IN THE CITY will ensure vendor/sponsor exposure across all media channels (social, print, digital, TV, & radio) associated with the confirmed sponsorship or vendor package.
c. Activation Space:
STRENGTH IN THE CITY will provide an activation space corresponding to the sponsorship or vendor package confirmed.
d. Marketing Materials:
Vendor/sponsor is responsible for providing all necessary marketing and print assets for their activation space.
Vendor/Sponsor Space & Tent:
Vendors are required to bring their own supplies and equipment for activation in their designated space unless otherwise negotiated with the STRENGTH IN THE CITYteam. The vendor must provide signage, additional tables, chairs, trash cans, fridge, heating/cooling, etc. Only merchandise or services typically provided by the vendor are permitted in their space. Creativity in displays, activations, and space utilization is encouraged, prioritizing public interaction safely.
Merchandise/Product:
- STRENGTH IN THE CITY reserves the right to approve businesses, organizations, or activities suitable for the event.
- No materials unsuitable for family viewing or sale of alcohol products unless pre-approved.
- Only items listed on the application will be permitted for display or sale.
- There are no refunds. Once confirmed, all payments are non-refundable.
Booth Set-up, Breakdown & Guidelines:
- Detailed booth set-up and breakdown instructions will be communicated one week prior to the event.
- Vendors must arrive on time for booth set-up. Failure to arrive on time may result in losing their space at the event.
- Vendors & Sponsors must stay for the full duration of the event.
- Vendors & Sponsors must adhere to all guidelines and state mandates regarding sales and safety protocols.
- Contracts and invoices must be signed and paid within 48 hours of confirmation to secure the vendor spot.
Refund Policy:
- Our sponsorship fees are non-refundable, including in case of event cancellation due to adverse weather conditions. Safety remains our priority. While refunds are unavailable, we aim to reschedule or offer alternate recognition opportunities. Your support is valued and vital in advancing our mission.
Liability & Safety:
- STRENGTH IN THE CITY is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising from the acts or omissions of participating vendors.
- Vendors & Sponsors are required to indemnify STRENGTH IN THE CITY against any claims arising from their negligence or fault.
- Vendors & Sponsors must comply with all state mandates and event safety guidelines.
