    Scope of Services:
    Adore Clinics provides cosmetic procedures and treatments as outlined in our service menu and as agreed upon between the client and the clinic.

    Client Eligibility:
    Clients must be of legal age as per Australian laws to undergo cosmetic procedures. Certain treatments may have specific eligibility criteria, which will be communicated to the client prior to booking.

    Consultation:
    All clients are required to undergo a consultation prior to any treatment to assess suitability and address any concerns. Consultation fees may apply.

    Treatment Plans:
    Treatment plans are tailored to individual needs and goals. The clinic reserves the right to adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal results.

    Medical History and Disclosure:
    Clients must provide accurate medical history and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous cosmetic procedures. This information is crucial for safe treatment delivery.

    Informed Consent:
    Clients must sign informed consent forms before undergoing any procedure, acknowledging understanding of the procedure, potential risks, benefits, and alternatives.

    Payment:
    Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

    Cancellations and Rescheduling:
    We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice within this time may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee, and within 24 hours will result in a 75% deduction of the booking fee.

    No-shows for booked appointments will incur a 100% deduction of the booking fee.

    Refunds:
    Refunds are not provided for completed services. In the case of prepaid packages, refunds will be provided according to our refund policy outlined at the time of purchase.

    Results and Guarantees:
    While we strive to achieve optimal results, individual outcomes may vary. We do not guarantee specific results, and clients should have realistic expectations regarding the outcome of treatments.

    Follow-up Care:
    Clients are advised to follow post-treatment care instructions provided by our practitioners. Follow-up appointments may be necessary to monitor progress and address any concerns.

    Confidentiality:
    Client confidentiality is of utmost importance. Personal information and treatment details will be kept confidential in accordance with privacy laws.

    Safety and Hygiene:
    We adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards to ensure the well-being of our clients. All equipment is sanitized, and disposable items are used whenever possible.

    Complaints:
    Any complaints or concerns should be addressed to the clinic management promptly for resolution.

    Legal Disclaimer:
    Adore Clinics is not liable for any damages, injuries, or complications resulting from treatments performed, except in cases of negligence or malpractice.

    Governing Law:
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
