Ceremony Preparation Guide

Fasting is mandatory 8-12 hours prior to your ceremony whether it is in the morning or at night.

No caffeine the day of your Kambo ceremony. (caffeine can be consumed after)

No medications taken the day of your Kambo ceremony. (details will be discussed over the phone depeding on the medication and client situation)

No drugs or Alcohol prior to ceremony (Time frames vary depending on the drug and alcohol content)

No DMT (NN & 5MEO) or MDMA two weeks prior to ceremony.

Eat organic, whole foods in the days leading up.

Avoid sugar at LEAST 3 days prior.

Minimize screen time and unhealthy interactions as best you can!

And please remeber Kambo is a graceful and forgiving medicine, just do your best, no need to be rigid with yourself in the process.
