Please be aware of our cancellation fees: 50% for cancellations made the day before your visit, and 100% for cancellations on the day of or if you fail to show up without prior notice.The wellbeing of our crops is our top priority. Sometimes, we might need to adjust our activities' dates based on how our plants are doing. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.Heavy rain either on the day or the day before your visit may lead to cancellation, especially if it affects the condition of our fields. We'll be sure to inform you by the previous evening or the morning of day if we need to cancel.In order to keep you updated regarding any changes or cancellations, please provide us with a contact number or email where we can reach you easily.Please ensure all members of your group are registered for participation, as observation-only visits are not permitted.In order to keep None smoking allowed and we'll provide boots for you to wear and guide you through a quick disinfection process to keep our plants safe from any external pathogens.Please come prepared with towels for sweat, plenty of water for hydration, and anything else you might need to stay comfortable and safe from the sun.Please note that there are no convenience stores, vending machines, or restrooms available on the farm. We recommend using the facilities at the Biei Tourist Information Center before your visit.
