There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you need to cancel your appointment please give notice. If notice is not given there is a 50% rescheduling fee. There is also a 15 minute late policy, arriving late will cause a rescheduling. No-shows result in 50% fee of service as well and must be paid before rebooking any services. Please confirm you have read and accept these policies.
