    IMPORTANT: Please provide updated contact information below for EACH of your executive (President, VP, Treasurer, Communications, Lake Steward, etc.). If you have more than 6 main contacts, send additional information by email to info@foca.on.ca. When finished, scroll to the bottom and click "NEXT" to proceed to payment.

  • IMPORTANT NOTES:

    You must provide a PERSONAL EMAIL for each contact (Association/Business email is optional). Provide your contacts’ personal mailing addresses so they will receive print copies of the annual FOCA newsletter. Provide your contacts’ consent to receive Elerts (monthly FOCA e-news) if they have given their consent for this.

  • Payment Gateway | Square

    FOCA does not retain any Association payment details, and will require you to enter payment information annually. Our payment provider (Square) navigates all payment details securely, and meets Canada's PCI Compliance standard. You will receive an email receipt confirming payment.

  • Please complete this online submission process first. Then, use your online banking to send the E-transfer to accounts@foca.on.ca and remember to include your Association Name in the message of your E-transfer so we can match up your payment! Refer to the renewal email from FOCA for details.
