The Rainy Day Bazaar/Sitka Community Scholarship and Non-profit Grant Program

The Rainy Day Bazaar is an annual fundraiser that has been hosted by the Coast Guard Spouses and Women's Association of Sitka since the 1980s! On Saturday, March 14th from 9am to 3pm, we plan to fill the whole building of Harrigan Centennial Hall with local artisan and food vendors along with our annual Silent Auction. All proceeds of the Silent Auction will go towards the CGSWA Sitka Community Scholarship and Non-profit Grant Program. 

The Coast Guard Spouses and Women’s Association of Sitka (CGSWA) is offering mini-grants up to $1000 to local non-profit community and school athletics/activity organizations of Sitka, AK. All awarded grant amounts must stay in Sitka.

Please complete all requested info below. DO NOT WRITE “see attachment” on Mission Statement of Organization and/or on Specific Purpose for Funding Request lines. 
It is recommended that you attach documents to support your request for this grant. 
This form MUST be completed by Friday, April 24th for consideration. 
The grant will be awarded in any amount up to $1,000 depending on the number of grants being given and the amount allotted for grants this year. CGSWA members will vote on the recipients of the grant(s). Multiple grants may be awarded. 
Grants will be awarded by May 30th.
