We do require you to have krampus related products to sell. Even just one item.

Spots are on a first-come, first-serve basis. There will be a guaranteed twenty five spots. Each spot will fit a 6ft table. tables and chairs are not available for this event. Electricity is not available.

The event is held indoors.
We are currently working on a outdoor location, if we chose to add that section this year, there will be an additional thirty outdoor 6ft spaces
Every vendor is accepted unless otherwise notified (through email).

Funds will be used to advertise events, electricity, and other unexpected costs, organize events, and go towards future events.

Payment is required at the time of submission. A square invoice will be sent within 24 hours of submission.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your spot, you will not be considered for a refund.

If you do not show up for a day, you will NOT be considered for future events. let us be fair to our fellow makers and show up for what you signed up for.

If cancellation is due to a medical or family emergency, you may be considered for future events based on circumstance.

Tables/chairs: Kitsap Bazaar does not furnish any tables or chairs.
Bathrooms: There is a bathroom on site.

Terms and Conditions

 1. Setup/ Break Down: All vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 2:00 p.m. on the day of the market.

 Vendors may begin setting up at 1100 am. on the day of the Bazaar. Break down can start no sooner than 9:00pm

 

No vendor is to close before the official closing time. Sellers are responsible for their selling spaces. *Before leaving, be sure your area is clean and trash-free.

 

2. Staffing: Vendors' tables must be manned at all times and intact until the show closes at 9 p.m. Mariana Square, Krampus nor Kitsap Bazaar are not responsible for merchandise or display materials.

 

3. Exhibitor Items: Each vendor must submit a few photographs of his or her craft(s) or wares. We have the right to have items removed that are considered not appropriate.

 

4. Exhibitor Responsibility: The exhibitor will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire, or casualty. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for the same. Exhibitors shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities because of or in connection with its operation. Each exhibitor is responsible for the conduct of his employees and/or representatives, and activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the market.

 

 

 

5. Exhibitor Spaces: Exhibitor spaces will be assigned. Placement, flow, and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for attendees. If you have special space needs, please include your request with your application, and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Spaces are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. Vendors must ensure that none of their display equipment extends beyond the space they have booked; this includes any rails, stands, or additional equipment.

 

 

 6. Direct Sales: No direct sales

 

7. Acceptance: We reserve the right to decline any application for space if it deems such action to be in the best interest of the Bazaar.

 

 

 8. Payment: The full payment is a non-refundable registration fee for the selected space and is due with the submission of this agreement.

 

 

 

 9. Electricity: Electricity will be available in a first-come, first-served basis as electricity is not available in all areas. Electrical service a. Outlets are NOT guaranteed. b. Extension cords are not included in the fee and must be provided by the vendor.

 

  10. Music: Music is allowed from a small speaker in the vendor's space.

 

11. Tables & Chairs: vendors must furnish his or her own chairs, tables, or stands.

 

 

 12. Cancellation of space: Application fees are not refundable. We are not liable if weather or other conditions prevent the Exhibitor from attending and fulfilling the contractual obligation as an Exhibitor. No refunds will be made for weather, accident, health, or other causes for non-participation.

 

 

13. Indemnification: Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold Mariana Square, Krampus Bremerton nor Kitsap Bazaar and the event coordinator from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages, suits to person or property, including attorney’s fees, arising out of, or related to the operation of the Exhibitors at the Bazaar event held December 7, 2024.
