If you have rowing experience, tell us a little bit more about what types of boats you've been in, how many years, and who you've rowed with.
Parent/Guardian: I attest that my child is a comfortable and capable swimmer, can tread water for 5 minutes and is able to swim 100 yards safely. I understand that athletes will be asked to self-rescue on the first day to demonstrate their capabilities in the water and will be evaluated for this skill. If the athlete does not meet the swim requirement, he/she/they will be required to row with a PFD while rowing.
