This form can be used to submit your team onto a waiting list to join the Summer 2025/26 season at Frankston Basketball.

Waitlisted teams may be added into the season due to factors such as, existing teams withdrawing, re-grading etc.

Team delegates will be contacted if/when a spot becomes available.
