Metalworking and welding is fun, but requires safety precautions and protection equipment. There are risks and dangers associated with it. These dangers and risks include but are not limited to:
● Sparks and/or metal dust in eyes
● Minor/major burns from hot metal or welding sparks
● Cuts, scratches, abrasions, etc.
● Staining and/or destruction of clothing from sparks, heat, acids, paints, etc.
● Muscle injuries
● Traumatic injury due to inherent dangers of working in a metal shop
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I understand the dangers and risks inherent to metalwork and welding and waive all right to lawsuits or other legal or punitive action against Bootstraps To Share of Tucson Inc. dba B.I.C.A.S., its board, staff, or other associated persons. By signing I take full responsibility for my own actions and any accidental injury that I may experience in the course of my relationship and participation with Bootstraps To Share of Tucson Inc. dba B.I.C.A.S. Release of Liability: As part of the consideration, in addition to the workshop fee paid to Bootstraps To Share of Tucson Inc. dba B.I.C.A.S. for the course for which I have registered, I hereby release Bootstraps To Share of Tucson Inc. dba B.I.C.A.S., its employees, associates, subcontractors as well as any person(s) or entity(s) on whose property such course may be given, from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage that I may suffer or sustain due to negligence, or otherwise, in connection with any such course, whether by ingress or egress, attendance or otherwise. I have read and agree to the above conditions and Waiver of Liability conditions.
