2nd Tax Indaba
HLB Zambia is excited to host its 2nd Tax Indaba. This two-day event will convene stakeholders from the public and private sectors, tax professionals, policymakers, and business leaders to engage in impactful discussions on Zambia’s dynamic tax environment.

The Tax Indaba will feature expert-led presentations, panel discussions, and interactive sessions covering critical issues such as tax reforms, compliance challenges, transfer pricing, digital taxation, and sustainable revenue mobilisation strategies.

Attendees will benefit from insightful dialogue, practical knowledge sharing, and meaningful networking opportunities with both peers and regulators. The event forms part of HLB Zambia’s ongoing commitment to promoting tax education, compliance, and strategic thinking across Zambia’s business community.

The Tax Indaba shall be held in the main conference hall of Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere Hotel in Lusaka. The Indaba will be on the 15th and 16th October 2026. The close of the Tax Indaba shall be commemorated by a networking cocktail, where guests will have a more relaxed opportunity to continue duscussions for the Indaba.

Conference Fees
To simplify the procedure, all conference fees are payable directly into the account mentioned above. Please send confirmation of your bank transfer to info@hlb.co.zm 

Conference fees are payable in full, irrespective of whether participants attend only some of the sessions.

Payment and registrations must be received by Friday 24th September, 2025.

Confirmations
Confirmation of your registration will only be made upon receipt of your completed registration form and proof of payment.  

All applications to register for the Tax Indaba are subject to full payment.

Cancellations 
Please note that due to the guarantees and financial commitments that we are required to make with the hotels, once a completed registration form has been received, indicating that funds have been sent, this will be considered as a definite booking. A commitment will be made on your behalf at the hotel and therefore cancellation charges will be applicable in the event of a decision not to attend.

Cancellations made after 8th September 2025 will incur a penalty of 100% of the fee paid.  

All cancellations must be made in writing. We encourange a substitution with an alternative delegate to avoid penalties.
