St. George & St. Anthony Coptic Orthodox Church of Ottawa Canada
Kindly submit the below application to request registration of your child for St. George & St. Anthony summer camp. The Church does not have the capacity to accept all registrations. Applications will be reviewed and approved on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please do not send payment unless you receive a confirmation of your spot. Once your registration is approved, a confirmation email with payment details will be sent.

Camp fees are ${campCost} CAD per child. To be paid AFTER your spot is confirmed. The actual cost per child is more than double the amount, but the church subsidizes the camp. If you would like to donate over the said fees please visit our donations page: https://orthodoxy.ca/donations

St. George & St. Anthony is a Coptic Orthodox Church and you are signing up for a Coptic Orthodox Summer Camp program. All content and activities are aligned with our Orthodox Christian faith. All participants are expected to follow the guidelines of the camp. Please read those guidelines carefully before submitting your registration request.

Trips and Activities Waiver

Children of all ages may be participating in trips to water parks or indoor/outdoor activities. Upon signing this waiver form, parents and participants agree to waive any and all claims upon SGSA Summer Camp and any of its agents in the event of: personal injury, loss, damage or belongings while participating in the above mentioned program or field trip.
Activities Waiver

The children of all ages may be pariticpating in water park trips and other outdoor or indoor activities. All special activities will be announced before hand. St. George and St. Anthony Summer Camp requires consent of the parents by signing this form below.
