RMR Wealth is seeking qualified financial professionals to join our Public Employees Program (“PEP Program”) in the New York City and New Jersey markets. The PEP Program actively engages with the membership of public organizations & unions by offering educational seminars that provide guidance to members about their particular financial benefits with a focus on retirement options. This program provides an opportunity for you to be viewed as an expert who can assist members on an individual basis with their personal financial planning and wealth mangement needs.
Currenlty, our program is seeking advisors with established practices that have experience in planning, investments & insurance. Advisors in the program must be comfortable with public speaking and willing to invest time in learning the specific benefits that apply to each group. Our primary need is for advisors to support our relationships in the police and fire unions.
This role serves as an amazing opportuinty to serve and give back to our first responders while also providing an opportunity to help you grow your practice.
Qualifications:
- Established client base of at least $20,000,000 in fee based assets not subject to transfer restrictions.
- CFP®, Series 65, or existing IAR Registration that exempts you from testing requirement.
- Life & Health Insurance Licensed.
- Bachelors Degree.
