Sponsorship Application
As a state entity, the Indiana Commission for Women (ICW) is dedicated to evaluating the needs of women and their families and supporting the creation, enhancement, and facilitation of programs and services for meeting those needs.

If your organization is seeking event or program sponsorship, kindly submit your application at least [3] three months before the event. This allows the Commission ample time to review and comply with Indiana State Procurement procedures.

Upon selection, your organization’s representative must collaborate with ICW’s Director to navigate the State Procurement process for sponsorship payment. Please note, ICW exclusively disburses sponsorship payments through electronic funds transfer facilitated by the State of Indiana, not via check or card.
