  • Rules and Requirements

    • These events are presented by the Tri-County Arts Council (TCAC) and Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce.
    • Booth Requirements: The artist must supply their own 10x10 foot WHITE tent with four sides and display. 40 LBS of weight, securely attached to your tent using ratchet straps, is required for each corner of your tent. Staking in some areas will be permitted using corkscrew style “dog tie down” stakes and ratchet straps. This will be enforced and you will be asked to leave if your tent is deemed unsafe without refund. Work must be displayed within the allocated space and not infringe on neighbors. There may or may not be storage behind your booth so plan accordingly. All tents are on grass.
    • No booth sharing.
    • Artists must be present (both days) for the duration of the show. The hours for both shows are 10-5 on Saturday and 10-5 on Sunday.
    • No buy/sell, soap, candles, tshirts, items made from kits and commercial molds, commercially made items, or food items can be sold in your booth. We reserve the right to ask for removal of any items in your booth.
    • There is no smoking or alcohol permitted. No pets.
    • While security will be provided Saturday night, the TCAC is not responsible for damage, theft, or vandalism to your property left overnight. We recommend carrying liability insurance. One provider many artists use is ACT www.actinsurace.com
    • Due to the short time frame, no refunds will be given unless we can successfully fill your spot.
    • The Event is rain or shine. The TCAC has the right to cancel the Ellicottville Fine Art  in the event of severe weather or other emergency with no booth fee refunds given.
    • The TCAC reserves the right to use submitted images in promotional materials for the Ellicottville Artists Market.
    • You are responsible for registering for New York State Sales Tax and displaying your tax ID
