This is a first-come/first-get volunteer preference request form.
We'll do our best to honor your preferred position. 

If under 18, we'll need a parent/guardian to sign the volunteer waiver.

Note: All volunteers are expected to be of assistance in a safe and
respectful way to afford the well-being of all participants. Thank you.
