2025 VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

This is a first-come/first-get volunteer preference request form. We'll do our best
to honor your preferred position. Volunteers commit to a
minimum of one 3-hour shift.

In thanks, you'll get a first year MotM t-shirt!

You'll sign a waiver and if under 18, we'll need a parent/guardian signature to be the signer.

Note: All volunteers are expected to be of assistance in a safe and respectful way
to afford the well-being of all participants. Thank you.
