Dates: Monday - Friday

June 24th - June 28th

July 22th - July 26th

August 12th - August 16th

Tuition: $360 for 1 week, (previously $450 but offering 20% off)

$342 per week for 2 weeks,

$324 per week for 3 weeks

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Campers must bring a lunch AND water from home with the exception of Friday. Snacks will be provided.

Camp ends at 1 p.m. All children must be picked up at 1 p.m each day. A late fee will be assessed if a child is picked up late. Late pick up fees: $2 for the first five minutes and $1 per minute after the first five minutes.

I certify that the above named child is in normal health and capable of safely participating in OnBeat Music Academy's Day Camp. I grant permission for him/her to participate and, in doing so, I hereby release any and all rights and claims for injuries and damages I may have against the OnBeat Music Academy staff, and its volunteers. I also acknowledge and grant permission for my child to possibly have their photo used in OnBeat Music Academy's publications and placed on the academy's website. By signing the space below, I am giving my child permission to participate in the activities sponsored and run by OnBeat Music Academy's staff at their facility.
