Consultation Agreement

This Consultation Agreement is made between Ramin Mirsajedin, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), License No. R710684, and you, for the purpose of identifying and discussing your immigration options, answering questions related to Canada, or providing other related services. Ramin Mirsajedin is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and is bound by its Code of Professional Ethics and applicable regulations.The consultation fee is non-refundable and charged on an hourly basis, and must be paid at least 24 hours in advance to secure your appointment. For online consultations, a meeting link will be sent to you prior to your scheduled appointment.This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
