Please read the following agreements required for holding a Co-Produced and Rental event space with us:
We offer a 60/40% split with you as an independent contractor. The studio keeps 40% for promotional/organizational efforts or unless agreed otherwise.
We pay presenters within 10 business days following the event, please specify below if you would like your check mailed to you or an ACH Payment.
Once you provide us with your event description and image, we create graphics for IG/FB for your use to promote the event. We will promote online through our newsletter, website, and social media. (We will make a Facebook event page and Instagram story. Please note that not every event will have a feed post on Instagram). **We request presenters to promote their event as well. The more interest we can generate together, the better it is for all of us!

It’s important that you email our Event Coordinator (Nancy@Belovedyoga.com) a description and image as soon as possible after confirming your event. Once the Marketing assets are completed we will send an email for your distribution. We provide all online or in-person registration and payment services unless agreed otherwise. Our staff will assist with the sign-ins and registrations at the time of the event. We also provide use of our yoga props (blankets, bolsters, and chairs please inquire If your event requires additional equipment beyond letting your event coordinator know the extra request.
Beloved Yoga Sanctuary offers our staff and teachers 20% off tickets for events held at our studio. In these cases, Beloved Yoga Sanctuary and the facilitator will maintain the percentage agreed upon and split for the total paid.
Rental Agreement:
A flat rental rate of $850 ( 3hr min)
No Marketing or Ticketing is included. Presenters do all their own promotion, registration, & marketing
If your rental requires the cancelation of classes, we may also include the estimated loss of income in the rental charges (to be determined on a case-by-case basis)
Need a Sound Tech? Additional fee of $150
In regards to collecting the email addresses of your participants: Please note that we have privacy agreements with our students and do not distribute their email addresses. If you'd like to collect their contacts we ask that you bring your own sign-up sheet. We suggest you announce and present the list yourself during your offering but you can choose to leave it on the front counter during check-in as well. We will NOT be able to provide you with guest email addresses after your event.
