    This is our application form, the first step to start working with us!

     

     

    Here's a little bit about us here at Radix Workforce Solutions.

     

    Radix Workforce Solutions Pty Ltd is a labour hire company based out of Perth WA, specialising in supplying quality staff for any and all environmental projects across metropolitan and rural WA.

    ​The key industries we service are the landscaping, forestry, carbon, and mining industries; however, we are happy to serve any business that needs general labourers with an excellent work ethic.



    To get started, we're going to need some basic information from you.
     

     

    Please note, to apply, you must have on hand:

    - a physical white card;

    - Visa grant letter;

    - Tax File Number (TFN);

    - Superannuation Information;

    - Passport.

  • Do you have the physical White Card or just the Certificate of Attainment?*

  • YOU CANNOT PROCEED WITH THE APPLICATION

    Unfortunately, a Certificate of Attainment is not sufficient; a physical White Card is required to access any site.

    You can easily request a new White Card from your course provider without needing to retake the course.

    If you have completed the course and are waiting for your physical card, please wait until you receive it before applying.

     

  • I'm sorry but you can't proceed with the application without a physical valid White Card. 

    A white card is essential on any construction site in Australia, below two reliable providers (it takes a couple of hours and includes a video call).

    Applicants who have not yet completed the Workplace Health and Safety training course (CPCWHS1001) will not be considered, and your application will be rejected.

    If you have signed up for the course but have not yet completed it, please apply once you have completed the course.
