Instructions: Using the scenario below please write a pretend update message to a client about your visit, as if you are the pet sitter from Handled With Love, sending it directly to them.

Scenario: On your schedule, you have 5 visits (once per day for 30 minutes) for a long-standing client, but it's the first time you are covering their visits. The client has two indoor only cats, Milo and Pen. You arrived at a client's home for your 2nd visit. Today, you saw Milo, but did not see Pen (you did see Pen yesterday). Both food bowls were empty when you arrived. The water bowl was half full and a little dirty. There were 4 normal poops and 4 pees in the litter boxes. During your walkthrough of the house, there was a small pile of hairball/vomit on a fancy carpet. The client note says:“Feed cats 1/4 cup dry food each once a day, give fresh water, clean litter, play. PS – The maid is coming today.”
