Additional information

All tent brands will have space outside of their basecamp to pitch their sold in ranges of tents for the SS26 season. You are welcome and encouraged to bring more tents that can be pitched in the attendee camping area to allow them to sleep in overnight.

As with any trade show you attend contact your retailers and explain the benefits of training them outside at Outdoor and Social and tell/show them were they can register to attend.

Please plan to camp on site along with your retail staff.

You will need a tent, sleep mat and sleeping bag.
Payments

50% deposit on receipt of booking form

50% final invoice on 8th Dec 2025

100% invoiced at time of booking if booked after 8th Dec 2025
Cleared funds are required in advance of the show. Invoices are subject to VAT at the current rate.

If booked after this date full Payment must be received with booking

Cancellations & Space Reductions

Exhibitors withdrawing from the event will be liable to pay the following cancellation fees:

On or before 8th Dec 2025 = 50% of total space cost
On or after 8th Dec 2025 = 100% of total space cost
