Terms and Conditions
1. Once date is approved by TTS, a $100 non-refundable deposit must be paid via Givelify. A link will be provided in follow up email.
2. Liability: The Renter must provide a Certificate of Liability insurance and agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTS from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Renter’s use of the event space.
3. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Atlanta, GA. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Atlanta, GA.
