Terms & Conditions: Some of our books may contain specialty markings that do not interfere with the contents of the book. The markings are for the sole purpose of indicating that a book cannot be returned to the publisher for a second credit. Our books are purchased through a distributor that works directly with the publishing companies. All of our books are brand new, unless indicated as lightly loved. All books may have slight wear based on transportation and shipping. We cannot control this but it's what's on the inside that counts. 

Returns & Exchanges: If you receive a book that you have previously read we will do our best to mitigate a refund or an exchange, however without entering specifics including Title and/or Author, in the 'Notes for Us' section of this order form we cannot guarentee that you will receive a book you haven't read before. 

Processing & Shipping Timeframe: We will do our best to receive, process and ship your order within 3-5 business days of receipt of your order.
