Dear future vendor:
Application: All vendors must submit a completed application.Β
Check-In & Set-Up: Vendor check-in begins at 9:30 am. Set-up must be completed one hour before the festival starts. Late arrivals may forfeit their space.Β
Booth Size & Placement: Vendors must stay within their assigned 10x10 space (unless additional space is purchased). Booth locations are non-transferable and will be assigned by festival organizers.
Tents, Tables & Chairs: Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs genarator if needed.
Permits & Insurance: Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary business licenses, health permits, and liability insurance.
