Please fill out the attached application as well as the E-595E Form. In accordance with the state law, we are now requiring all wholesale vendors to complete Form E-595E; unless you have another format that provides us with your tax-exempt number; provided by your state.
Step 2

Once we receive your application, details will be confirmed. After the verification process, members of our customer care team will get your account set up in both Augusta Sportswear Brands and Founder Sport Groups systems and you will receive a Welcome Letter providing information for ordering all our combined brands.
Things that might delay the process:
• If the forms are not filled out completely and signed.
• If the forms are missing trade references.

However, if you are applying for Credit Terms, here are some things you need to know:
• Your application will be submitted to a 3rd party bank who will review your application for consideration. If approved, you will have the same credit line with both ASB and FSG.
• Remittance information will appear on your invoice to ensure payment is made to the proper company depending on the brands that you are ordering.
• In order to expedite the approval of your credit, please make sure to complete the requested dollar amount of the credit line and estimate annual purchases.

Reseller shall be required to enter into a Reseller Agreement with Supplier and Reseller shall not resell the Products to other dealers, retailers, customers who solicit order over the internet and Reseller expressly agrees that it will not sell to other dealers who sell, or Reseller has reason to believe sells Products to unauthorized resellers or outside the Reseller’s Territory as may be established from time to time. In the event that Reseller violates the foregoing requirement, Supplier shall have the right to immediately terminate the Agreement, cease shipments to Reseller, cancel all orders, and Reseller agrees to immediately cease its use of any Reseller intellectual property and return all such property to Supplier. Further, and because actual damages for breaches of this Agreement would be difficult if not impossible to quantify, in the event of such breach or breaches, Reseller agrees to pay to Supplier as liquidated damages and not a penalty fifty thousand and no/dollars ($50,000) for any such breach.
