MEDIA RELEASE

Photographs and videos may or may not be taken during HCUonline Academt classes. I release the use of any images taken at this event for the purposes of photographing, video recording, or streaming of the event for promoting HCU Online Academy. With my signature below, I agree that images that are taken by or on behalf of the event organizer may be used without compensation or additional permission, and can be used in any way.

I release and allow images, and videos to be utilized for advertising and social media purposes for the HCU co-op.
CODE OF CONDUCT AND CODE OF ETHICS

1. I agree to be bound by any Co-Op Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures, and I understand that my participation in classes is contingent upon my adherence to the Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics and safety guidelines.

2. I hereby acknowledge that my student will try their very best not to induce, bring about, prompt, or cause any unnecessary negativity, or drama during class

3. I agree not to share private information regarding the teacher or any other students

4. I understand and agree that HCU Online Academy policies and procedures may change at any point in time as the co-op sees fit for the betterment of the organization.

5. I understand that a handbook will be emailed to be that I will need to adhere to, including tips and tricks I need to take to ensure my student passes their courses the first time around.

6. Students will need to be respectable in class

7. Dress Code: No inappropriate verbiage, must be fully clothed.
