1. Middle School Student participants must be current 6th-8th graders. High School Student participants must be current 9th-12th graders.
2. Required Adult Leadership: One same-sex adult for every 7 same-sex middle school students. One same-sex adult for every 7 high school students. All combined groups are required to bring designated adult leaders for middle school students and high school students. Once that criteria has been met, the youth leader has the flexibility to float between age groups during activities.
3. Consider inviting your parents to attend JOURNEY as bonus chaperones, but mainly to benefit from a timely and informative training session: Keeping Your Teens Safe Online - A Christian Parent's Guide. Parents attend as full paying participants but leave the weekend with some additional and valuable training for themselves.
4. Adult leaders from churches must be 21 years of age or older.
5. Payments are non-refundable.
6. Final payment, participant counts, and rosters are due by MARCH 1, 2025.
7. Housing Options: Middle School and High School students can be housed together or separately at the JOURNEY Weekend. You may select the option to house your middle and high school separately. Note: Your group will likely be housed with another church group due to the size of the camp and cabins.
8. Dining Options: All meals will be served at the same time, however, you have the option to either have your middle schoolers and high schoolers sit together, or at different tables.
9. Adding Participants: We will make every effort to accommodate later registrations but can only guarantee space for those made during your initial registration submission. Any requests to add additional participants should be directed to JOURNEY’s Project Assistant: Nancy Lam: Nancy@jeremiahproject.org
