    By completing and submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following declaration and consent provisions.

    1.       I declare that all information provided by me in connection with this application is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate and complete at the time of submission.

    2.       I understand and acknowledge that the submission of this form, together with any supporting information or documentation, does not guarantee admission, enrolment or acceptance into The Guild.

    3.       I understand that admission to The Guild is subject to verification of the information supplied, assessment of my suitability, and the final review and approval of The Guild Board.

    4.       I acknowledge that The Guild reserves the right to decline any application where the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or where the applicant is otherwise found not to meet the required standards or criteria for admission.

    5.       I understand and accept that any fees paid in connection with this application are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated by The Guild in writing, and that payment of any such fee does not constitute or imply acceptance of my application or guarantee enrolment into The Guild.

    6.       I agree, if admitted, to comply fully with all rules, regulations, policies, terms and conditions of The Guild, as amended from time to time.

    7.       I further undertake to conduct myself in a manner that does not bring The Guild into disrepute, create unnecessary conflict, or otherwise undermine the integrity, reputation or proper functioning of The Guild.

    8.       I understand that any breach of these obligations, or any material misrepresentation in this application, may result in the rejection of my application or, where applicable, suspension or termination of my membership or participation.

  • On submitting this form, an invoice will be sent to the email entered in section 1 of this form. 

    Your enrolment into The Guild will only commnce on cleared payment of the invoice. 

    Enrolment fee is discounted to £250.00 until 31st August 2026 after which it shall revert to the regualr fee of £350.00. 

    Forms submitted before the end of the discounted period shall attract the lower fee. 

    All fees are non-refundable.
