Studios can be rented for dance instruction, rehearsals, auditions, photo shoots, parties. Each studio has spring marley flooring, stereo system with bluetooth, Ipad/Iphone adapter, laptop connector. Thermostat control in each studio as well as restrooms. 

Specifications & rates:

• STUDIO 1: 1800 Square Feet, $40/hour
• STUDIO 2: 900 Square Feet $30/hour
• STUDIO 3: 900 Square Feet, $30/hour

Ample free parking is available. Food/drink (other than water) is not permitted inside the studios.

2. Terms and Conditions:

• Payments for one time rentals due at the time of reservation.
• Payments for monthly rentals due at the 1st of the month.
• If the payment is not made on time, the Company has the right to suspend this Agreement.
• If the Renter must cancel, the studio requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.  Otherwise, the Renter is obliged to pay the rental fee for these hours.
• The Studio will be used and left clean by the Renter. If there is a situation that needs to be cleaned, the Renter must notify the Studio contact and requests the cleaning staff to be directed. 
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking within 20 feet of the building.

3. Liability Release:

• The Renter takes responsibility of care when using the premises and all fixtures. Any damage caused by the Renter will be recourse to the Renter. If the Renter detects any damage to the fixtures that was not caused by its use, he/she is obliged to notify the Studio contact immediately. 
• The Renter shall release, indemnify, keep and save harmless the Studio, its agents, officers, or employees any and all responsibility or liability for any and all damages or injury of any kind or nature whatever (including death) to all persons, whether agents or employees of the Renter or persons attending the events for which the Studio have been leased, and to all property damage proximately caused by, incident to, resulting from, arising out of, occurring in connection with, the use by the Renter of the Studio.
