This form is for individuals who wish to surrender their cat or a found cat to North Beach PAWS, located just outside Ocean Shores, WA.

Before submitting this form, please provide accurate information to help us process your request. Be aware that the wait time for processing may take one to two months, depending on the shelter's capacity.

You must live within Grays Harbor County.

Our goal is to find a forever home for each cat. However, submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance of the cat or kittens; each submission will be evaluated individually by our staff. North Beach Paws always suggests a friend or family that will take you families feline before surrendering to any shelter.

The person submitting the request is responsible for transporting the cat or kittens to our shelter for surrender.

The owner or current caregiver is responsible for their transport.

Right to Deny Application: North Beach PAWS reserves the right to reject this application if any response is discovered to be false or intentionally misleading.

Release of Information: I acknowledge that the information provided herein may be utilized by North Beach PAWS to facilitate the rehoming of the cat and might be disclosed to prospective adopters.

Health Records Release: I consent to the disclosure of all available health records and veterinary details pertaining to the cat to North Beach PAWS.
