Sandpoint KIWANIS Scholarship Application

We are a service club dedicated to serving the youth of Bonner County. Our goal is to empower the upcoming generation and make a difference in the lives of our scholarship recipients and the community around them. * We are currently accepting applications from all age students (pre-k through college). Scholarships are applicable for educational activities only.
Please complete the application below to be considered for a scholarship of up to $1000. All applicants must complete the online application, submit a past-present-future essay, and provide documentation of school/educational activity enrollment in order for funds to be disbursed. Additionally, within one year of receiving a scholarship, all scholarship recipients are required to volunteer at a one Sandpoint Kiwanis fundraising event, and present to the club about how the scholarship has impacted their lives.

For priority consideration please submit your application on or before the 30th of June 2024. Recipients will be announced by the 1st of August 2024. We will accept applications after this date until the funds are exhausted.

If selected to receive a scholarship, you will be required to volunteer at a Kiwanis event or participate in a community service project at Camp Stidwell. Max 3 hours. The whole family can attend if desired. *** Please select the event you would prefer to volunteer at. You will be contacted by a member of the club to sign up for a time at your selected event.
