Join me for a conscious connected release breathwork journey to let go of beliefs that don't serve you anymore, release stress, somatic congestion, and welcome clarity into your life. This session is open to all levels offering a safe space that allows for vulnerability, healing, and strengthens physical and emotional resilience.
What to know and suggested things to bring:
- Please arrive 10 minutes early
- A bluetooth headset will be worn for a deep immersive experience
- A blanket will be provided. If you tend to get cold please bring an addtional blanket or layer up. Your body temperature will tend to fluctuate while practicing
- Wear your most comfortable clothing & feel free to bring an eye mask, soft t-shirt or scarf to cover your eyes. Please wear socks.
- If you have a sensitive low back, bring a pillow to put behind your knees or lumbar
- Bring a water bottle & hydrate very well on the day of session
- The activating breathwork segment will last 45 min. of session
- Bring an open mind & heart
CONTRAINDICATIONS: If you have of the following or related conditions please consult your medical professional first:
severe heart conditions, epilepsy/seizures, recent surgery, chronic mental illness, high blood pressure, pregnancy. This is a list of some but not all conditions to consider.
