SOFT PLAY CANNOT GET WET
(RAIN OR WET BATHING SUITS)
CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO HAVE A TENT AND AN INDOOR BACK UP AREA READY + DESIGNATED FOR SOFT PLAY FOR ALL OUTDOOR EVENTS IF THERE IS RAIN OR THE CHANCE OF RAIN ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT
RENTALS ARE NONREFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION
RAIN DATE RESCHEDULE WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 50% NONREFUNDABLE RETAINER TO RESCHEDULE NEW DATE

FLOOR BASE
soft interlocking foam "EVA" tile floor base
2x2 ft mats
- light tan oak wood pattern
- white, pink, baby blue + black options (checkered pattern, solid color or striped layout configurations)
3x3 ft mats
- white, tan, light mint green, aqua blue and pink (more colors to be added)
OR
light gray gymnastics mats (10 ft x 4 ft 2 inch thick each - 6 total available)
*gymnastic mats are best used for outdoor set ups on grass or unlevel and uneven surfaces
*gymnastics mats may be used as the floor base itself or as a bottom base layer underneath the foam tile mats if possible and there is no tripping hazard of foam tile mats buckling upward
FENCE + GATES
industry stability soft play white plastic picket fence safety gates + fence to partially or fully enclose the soft play area
- used for aesthetics and overall look
- used to keep our rental equipment and items contained in the designated area
- used to block restricted areas off any children like electrical extension cord, power outlets and blower equipment of bounce houses inflatable, etc.
- fence does NOT contain and stop the ball pit balls
ACCENT DETAILS
we like to include accent details in our set ups that compliment + tie into the party theme
these include items of decor, soft foam stress ball like accent balls or mini plushies in the ball pit, regular plushies or stuff animals, bounce hopper hats, bows or accent decor, small inflatable toys + decor that match the party theme, etc.
ADDITIONAL ADD ONS
- Vinyl decals, personalization and customization of ball pit and blocks soft play equipment
- Tent 10x20 ft white pop up tent for outdoor events to protect children from sun and to protect the soft play equipment from rain or bad weather

A rules sign is included with all rentals

NO FOOD OR DRINK
NO SHOES OR HEELS (heels puncture and damage floor base mats and equipment) - SOCKS ON + SHOES OFF
NO FACE PAINT, WRITING UTENSILS, GLITTER, SLIME, CONFETTI, SILLY STRING, FOAM AND/OR ANY ART + CRAFT ITEMS
PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE ANY ACCENT DETAIL TOYS OR DECOR ITEMS FROM THE PLAY AREA OR ALLOW CHILDREN OR GUESTS TO TAKE HOME
NO SHARP OBJECTS (KEYS, HEELS, KNIVES, HAIR ACCESSORIES, etc.)
PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO DRAW OR WRITE ON ANY EQUIPMENT
NO PETS ON OR AROUND RENTAL EQUIPMENT (to prevent urine marking, any chewing destruction and/or puncture damage from pet nails)
NO PROJECTILES, SPORTS BALLS OR FLYING OBJECTS AROUND ANY INFLATABLES (impact can cause punctures and damage)
**ALL BALLS MUST BE PICKED UP + RETURNED TO THE BALL PIT PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL FOR BREAKDOWN + CLEAN UP**

NO FIRE OR SMOKING NEAR EQUIPMENT (GRILLING, FIREWORKS, GENDER REVEAL SMOKE, COLD SPARKS, SPARKLERS, BIRTHDAY CANDLES AND/OR CIGARS, etc.)
