Booth spaces are 10'x10' outdoors on a grassy lawn
Booth fee is $25 per 10'x10' space
Vendors must provide their own awnings, tables, etc.
No power is available at the site
Check-in/setup starts at 7 AM, all setup vehicles must be cleared from the site by 9 AM
Event hours are 10 AM-4 PM

*Food vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Food Service Permit from Grays Harbor County by applying no less than 8 business days prior to the event.

Acknowledgement and Indemnification
This is an agreement between Oakville Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter “Host”) and the below-signed Vendor (hereinafter “Vendor”). The host is sponsoring an Event known as Oakville Independence Day Parade & Celebration (Hereinafter “Event”) to occur on 07/06/2024, beginning at 10 am and ending at 4 pm, and has the right to license concessions to vend at and during the Event. Therefore, the parties agree as follows: 1. Vendor shall have access to the location agreed upon by the parties, no less than one hour before the Event’s commencement for the purpose of setting up Vendor’s area, goods, etc. necessary and reasonable to vendor. 2. Vendor shall not vend any goods or services other than those described and approved by Host on the Vendor Entry Form without Host’s written consent. 3. Vendor’s Booth area shall be no larger than each 10 ft. x 10 ft. space purchased or taller than 12 ft., shall be clean and orderly, and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 4. No loud music, noise or sound amplification devices shall be used by Vendor/Vendor’s staff at the location. 5. Vendor shall have access to the location for up to two hours after the Event’s conclusion to dismantle and remove all things brought to the location by Vendor. Vendor shall leave the location clean of trash and substantially in the condition it was before the Vendor occupied it. 6. Vendor cooking/serving/handling food shall have valid and appropriate certified food handler permit and comply with appropriate food health & safety practices. 7. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Oakville Chamber of Commerce (Host), the City of Oakville, and Property Owner(s) of Event location against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with Vendor’s presence at the Event and Vendor’s activities of any kind. In witness to their agreement to the terms of this contract, the parties affix their signatures below:
