Conditions of Service
1. Weather is fickle, we supply forecasts on the basis of the information available at the time and is supplied on an all care no responsibility basis for the contracted skipper and his/her vessel..
2. The Skipper of the vessel is at all times the person resposible for the navigation, safety and welfare of the vessel and crew.
3. It is the skippers sole responsibility to decide to either leave or continue with the passage.
4. Each Routing Credit equals 10 minutes, additional credits can be purchsed as required. The routing options above are based on the average input for passages over the last 2 years, as you'll be aware with climate change, providing accurate routing is taking more time.
5. Ocean Tactics Departure Planning Weather Routing and Passage Tactics are copyright to 3Sixty Marine Ltd. and should not be shared with other vessels.
6. The legal entity in this regard is 3Sixty Marine Ltd a New Zealand registered company.
On submition of this form a copy will be sent to your ashore email and Lyn will forward an Invoice for your selection above.
