mainstages reserves right of refusal to perform outdoors when there is risk of inclement weather, including snow, heat or rain. Performers are advised to prioritize safety for themselves, participants, and equipment. In the case of inclement weather, please select the option you agree upon.
TAKE COVER: You have the ability to move performance to an indoor space or covered outdoor space that provides protection for performers, participants and all supplies.
EARLY RESCHEDULING: You will check the weather forecast and make a decision to reschedule date/time no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date, both in writing over email to support@mainstages.com and via phone at 347-878-2431. If you do not reschedule with 24 hours notice, and the performance is cancelled due to weather at our discretion, there will be no refunds or make-up dates.
ROLL THE DICE: You would like to move forward with an outdoor performance, despite having no suitable covered space in the case of inclement weather. CLIENT understands that if the weather makes it unable to perform on the initially selected date and time, as determined at the sole discretion of mainstages, there will be no refunds or make-up dates.

Questions with exact responses (ie- numerical) are excellent rather than opinion-based questions. For example, "how tall is the climbing wall" is better than "what is the best camp activity" because the second question is too subjective.
